Quick Note 

Lime, apples and nettles on the nose. The palate is alive with lemon/lime acidity and an attractive, flinty minerality. Pale lemon colour with gentle floral notes and a dash of cinnamon.  Off dry, with a slight ‘spritz’, and fresh acidity, the palate is perfectly balanced with layers of rounded fruit. There is a depth to the wine and it will drink well for up to three years.  Perfect as a refreshing aperitif.
