With its typically jammy black fruits, layered with rippling exotic spice and soft vanilla, there are few more enjoyable red wines. Small batches of fruit, hand-selected from the Riverland region were vinified using state-of-the-art technology. A small proportion went into French oak, whilst the rest was left in steel - to preserve its honest, pure fruitiness. Adept blending has ensured that the wine's cherry, bramble and mulberry fruit, subtle nutmeg and dark cocoa notes co-exist in fine balance.
