Delivery

Delivery is automatically calculated based on the number of case you have ordered.  The first case will incur a charge of £4.95.  Each case thereafter will incur a charge of £3.95.

​

Our aim is to deliver free of charge within the central belt area of Scotland, principally within the Glasgow and Edinburgh postcodes, although we will also consider delivery free of charge within the Falkirk and Perthshire postcodes.

​

Unfortunately, the computer system we are using to accept your order does not allow us to deduct delivery charges if you live within these areas.  If we do consider that we shall be able to offer you free delivery, then we shall contact you to arrange for your delivery charges to be refunded to your account.

If we are able to offer free delivery, we hope to arrange that delivery within five working days.  We will deliver free of charge during the weekend and shall contact you to arrange delivery at a suitable time for you.

If we have to arrange for a courier to deliver your order, we aim to dispatch your goods within two working days and to arrange delivery within three working days thereof.  Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday during normal working hours.  We can arrange delivery to either your billing address or to an alternative address if you specify an alternative delivery address during the order process.

If we are able to offer you free delivery, we shall provide you with a gift certificate to the value of the delivery charge and you will be able to use that as a credit against your next purchase.

Returns

​

Our Returns policy complies with the requirements of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000.

 

This means that you have the right to return your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods, where the first day of the seven working days is the day after you receive the goods.

​

You will require to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.  We will refund all monies that you have paid (excluding the original delivery cost) within thirty days of the date of your notification to us of the cancellation of your order, on the understanding that the goods are returned to us in the condition that they were received by you.

If we have not received return of the goods to us within the thirty day period, the Regulations allow us to deduct from the monies that we will refund you the cost of arranging for our goods to be retrieved from you.
